About Our School

Major-General Isaac Brock

Isaac Brock School was built in 1913. It has played an important and vital role in this community for 93 years. Our graduates have gone on to achieve distinction in many fields. We are proud of the many excellent students we have as well as the dedicated staff who are concerned about the educational, social and physical development of their students.

Isaac Brock School has an enrollment of approximately 375 students in Nursery through to Senior 1. We offer regular English instruction programs N-S1, a primary alternative program, an intermediate alternative program, and three divisional Learning Assistance programs. We offer student support services in the areas of integrated special education, segregated intermediate special education centre, resource, reading recovery, English as an alternative language and Aboriginal Academic Achievement for all students.  We have both an active parent council and a school volunteer program.

The school colors are red and white and the school teams are named the GENERALS. Our crest and logo is composed of five maple leafs.
