In 1999, École Garden Grove School created a flag to represent the four main strands of life at our school.  This special event flag flies on all special days observed at our school, such as GRAB*, Christmas concerts, science fairs, sports days, community barbecues, etc..  The four sections on the flag represent the balance that we believe is critical for a well-rounded, fulfilling and successful education.

* GRAB – Go Read A Book, our annual learning celebration.

The athlete stands for teamwork, physical development skills and the sense of well-being that are encouraged for both our students and staff at École Garden Grove School.  We provide a host of opportunities for this development in classroom programming, daily recesses and extra-curricular activities.  Garden Grove has an excellent year long intramural and inter-school athletic program for all students in grades 2 – 6.
