Everyone in this school, child or adult, has the right to a safe & caring environment where they can work & learn.
The following rules are designed to help this happen:
1. Everyone is to be at school every day and on time. 2. During the school day, students will remain in school and on the school grounds. 3. Everyone will walk in the school in a quiet & safe manner. 4. Students will do their school work. 5. Everyone will solve problems peacefully by talking. 6. Students will keep their hands and feet to themselves. 7. When the bell rings, students will enter/exit immediately through their assigned door and walk to and from their class. 8. Students will bring healthy snacks to school — no junk food, pop, candy, gum, or sunflower seeds. 9. Toys or valuables, such as CD players, jewelry, etc. will not be brought to school. 10. The school telephone is to be used by students for emergency calls only.

Positive Consequences for Appropriate Behaviour
Range of Consequences for Inappropriate Behaviour Consequences will be provided on the basis of the individual needs of the student in social, personal and educational development, the degree of the problem, and the ability of the student to understand and handle the consequences. Several minor offences may lead to a major consequence, however, due to the severity of the behaviour, a major consequence may be used immediately.
