Nothing stresses IT people like a Virus - threat or actual.  There is no quick fix to lost data and drives.  Plan ahead for a likely emergency when you think a virus is present in an email attachment or a download.  
Please look  these resources over and become familiar with the differences in presentation of content.  Select those you find the clearest presentation and go for them when the virus / hoax emergency arises.
