During the 2004/2005 school year, the Student Administration Advisory Committee identified a number of enhancements to be developed related to the attendance module. A development team of designated teachers and school administrators assisted Research, Planning and Systems Management in identifying specific features which would be of benefit to instructional staff utilizing period attendance.

The new features of the period-based attendance module will be effective January 2006. A one page handout to assist all instructional staff in entering period-based attendance is available.
