Systems Management Junk Email The scourge of unwanted or junk email known as Spam can range from mildly annoying to downright frustrating, and in some cases, completely revolting. Emails received on the Division's email server will be processed through a 'spam' filter and email content scanner. The Division subscribes to a 'spam filtering' database that is maintained and updated continuously. The system checks email addresses, phrases concealing techniques, links, IP sources and other patterns to filter the majority of 'spam' emails. Most email client software allows you to filter unwanted e-mails.
