The Administrative Systems Management Committee
will advise the Chief Superintendent of the following:
Terms of
Reference:
Hardware and software maintenance and periodic upgrades to
central office local area networks (LANs) in the Administration #1 and #2
and Spruce Street buildings.
Ensure that consistent standards are maintained across all
administrative local area networks in the Division (administrative
departments, school administrative offices). The standards will
include both server and workstation hardware and software configurations.
Ensure integration of all administrative software systems including:
-Financial
-Student Administration System
-Human Resources management and payroll
-Building systems
Explore administrative applications that take advantage of the
Division's wide area network to achieve the most
effective and efficient delivery of administrative information for all
school and administrative departments.
